Whether you are studying cell biology, neuroscience, developmental biology, or any other field in biology that requires imaging, our facility has the tools and expertise to help you achieve your research goals.
Our services include:
1-Information and advice on imaging techniques and experimental design.
2- Training: from basic use through advanced techniques: We provide training and support services to help researchers optimize their microscopy experiments and data analysis. Our experienced staff offer high quality theoretical training from basic concepts to advanced knowledge and good research practice and 101 hands-on training on microscope operation, sample preparation, and data analysis.
3- Widefield Microscopy: We provide a range of widefield microscopy services for various sample types, including fluorescence and brightfield imaging, polarized light microscopy , and DIC. Our systems are equipped with high-resolution cameras and motorized stages for automated imaging.
4-Confocal Microscopy: We offer confocal microscopy services for high-resolution imaging of fluorescently labeled samples in both fixed and live applications. Our instruments enable multi-color imaging, time-lapse imaging, and 3D reconstruction.
5-Super-Resolution Microscopy: Our super-resolution microscopy services offer ultra-high resolution imaging, providing insights into sub-cellular structures and dynamics beyond the diffraction limit of traditional microscopy techniques.
6-Image Analysis: We offer comprehensive image analysis solutions for both 2D and 3D microscopy data. Our softwares and expertise enable us to perform quantitative analysis, colocalization studies, and image processing for publication-ready figures.
