Instrument: Reflected light, Nikon Ti-E YokoGawa CSU-W1 / Nikon C2+ using the 4x Objective 0.2 NA
Scale: 6 mm x 4 mm
Image or Sample Processing Steps: A z-stack and tiling were used to acquire the image, and finally a max intensity projection was created using the Nikon software. LUT were applied on Fiji.
